Next Working Day Delivery Service

Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch all orders within 24 (working) hours. Our standard delivery service is next working day and runs from 3.00pm to 3.00pm the following working day.

Orders Received Before 3.00pm

We will process and despatch orders received before 3.00pm for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability). For example: Order on Monday before 3.00pm, your order will despatched Monday evening for delivery on Tuesday, given stock is available.

Orders Received After 3.00pm

Orders received after 3.00pm, will be processed and despatched the following working day. For example: Order on Monday after 3.00pm, your order will be processed and despatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday, subject to stock availability.

Out of Stock Situations

We work very hard to minimise stock shortages and receive frequent deliveries from our suppliers. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible. 

Delivery Times

Our couriers deliver between 7.00am and 4.00pm. We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery by the courier.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. The current rate of VAT is 17.5% Following order despatches, invoices are emailed containing the necessary VAT information.

Online Shopping Security

We are confident that credit card information entered on this site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption uses 128-bit encryption: the highest level possible.

As customers enter our checkout process, all browsers go into secure mode. Secure mode is indicated by the appearance of a locked padlock icon at the bottom of the browser screen.

Customer credit card details are not held on the Internet. Once a payment is validated and approved, credit card details are deleted. As a result, customers are required to re-enter credit card details each time an order is placed online with us. Although inconvenient, this ensures maximum security for ordering online at Wentworth.

In addition, once customer order details are transferred to our sales order management system, all customer details are removed from our web site. 

Our sales order management system and internal network is protected by the latest proxy technology.

The above information enables us to process your request and notify you of acceptance of your order.

Telephone numbers are used to make urgent contact regarding any issues with your order. Unless otherwise advised, telephone numbers may be passed to couriers to arrange for the convenient delivery of your order.

When you register with us, you can select whether you would like to receive information about new products, promotions and discounts from us via e-mail. If in the past, you have chosen to be notified, and no longer wish to receive information, please Contact Us and we will remove your details.

Safety and Security of Your Information

Our site uses secure server software to protect your information whenever an order is placed. All customer information is encrypted before being sent to minimise the risk of interception.
